Had a little trouble with communication upon arrival, but were able to get in early and was a smooth visit after that. There are dogs on the property, they were friendly but did definitely want some attention. If you're looking for a cozy yet comfortable room for a short stay, I would definitely recommend. Also, it's very close to the airport.

If You’re looking for Your own space, peace, and quiet. This is the place for you. Super clean , super convenient. Only 7 minutes from the airport and in the middle of everything. This place is amazing! I booked two rooms and both were clean and was stocked with items so you can cook if needed. The pool was way deeper than i thought which was amazing. We fell in love with all the dogs especially Diva! Very quiet even though its located near the airport. May favorite part of this place is that it is outside the hustle and bustle of the strips. Very quiet very calm and very nice.

The stay was amazing overall. The property has a beautiful sunset view which made every evening special, and the pool was honestly one of the most relaxing I experienced in Aruba. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. There are also a few food spots and a supermarket nearby, which was convenient. The staff were great, and a special thank you to the cleaner, she was amazing and gave us very helpful recommendations during our stay.

We Stayed 1 week at the suite #10 apartment style with the private plunge pool. I JUST have to say we absolutely loved everything about this place. Its more like an Air BnB style, sorry if spelling is off fyi I cannot see what I am typing. LOve having our own pool, which btw there are 2 other pools, 1 facing the dock/ocean and another e pool set off in the back with loungers, hammocks bbq. The kitchen has everything you need, they had left over pool toys, the private dock to hang out on was beautiful at sunrise, ...we also ate at the restaurant near by Fish House, at least 4 times, its so close you just walk...everything was delicious. Our absolutely most fave thing was the 3 resident DOGS, ricki, bandita and diva...they were our temporary dogs and spent so much time with us! We miss them so much. Communication was easy, very clean, they clean the pools reg. Great air conditioning, i just cant say enough about this place. So on one note I would highly recommend to rent a car as its located right behind the airport, didnt bother us a bit but the taxi prices are higher in this area....there is not really any stores etc near by so that will help with this issue. Keep in mind this is not a high rise resort, this is a I want to get away from the hustle ...relax at my private pool, hang out by some yachts and chill with dogs...if thats your vibe this will be an slice of heaven!

Vistalmar was an excellent place to stay. Angelique was a great host and made us feel very welcome. We had some travel issues and she was quick to respond and help us extend our stay. The room(s) were clean, inviting, and spacious. The pools were a perfect way to wind down after a day of adventures. The doggos on site were so sweet. The pier across the street was very cute, quiet, and relaxing. We will definitely be back, and stay longer next time!
