While RH Boutique Hotel has potential, my arrival was unfortunately quite frustrating. Upon check-in, I found the entrance inaccessible. I rang the doorbell repeatedly, but no one answered. After waiting outside for some time, I actually had to call a colleague in Curacao, who then called the hotel’s landline to get someone to come to the door. It wasn't the "welcome" I was expecting after a long day of travel.
The property itself is well-maintained and has a nice boutique aesthetic.
Once inside, the staff I interacted with were generally pleasant.
Suggestions for Improvement:**
The check-in process needs a serious reliability boost—guests shouldn't need international assistance just to get through the front door! Additionally, the experience felt a bit "dry." Adding some soft touches, such as a complimentary welcome coffee or a bottle of water upon arrival, would go a long way in making guests feel valued and at home.
