Leaking ceiling, pieces of ceiling was falling due to the heavily present leak, half the outlets don’t work, housekeeping comes at odd hours or doesn’t come at all, pools were freezing Otherwise beautiful rooms and hotel. The three restaurants are wonderful and Camilla at Zima Rooftop is spectacular. Breakfast buffet was great, totally worth to get the breakfast included. Room service food is not good.

The entire resort and our room were spotless. We especially loved the breakfast, delicious tropical drinks, and nachos on the beach. We never had any trouble getting loungers at the pool or beach. Perfect getaway! One note: there is not an ATM on the property and most of the taxis only take cash, so be prepared!
