This was an amazing property for our family of 4. The townhouse literally has everything you need in the kitchen, laundry, beach chairs and towels. Eagle Beach is across the street and you can rent umbrellas there for the day if you want. The beach there is beautiful. There’s also a roof top terrace and plunge pool for the unit or you can use the shared pool for the condos. We rented a car and went to several beaches through the week. Eagle Beach is close (7 minutes) to Palm Beach where a lot of the hotels and restaurants are.

Excellent location and property. Townhouse was perfect for family trip. Property steps from eagle beach. Pool was nice and had plenty of folding chairs to relax at. Unit had everything needed, private pool, sun deck, bbq grill, kitchen and washer and dryer. Local supermarket was also across the street. Would highly recommend to anyone

I would have given this townhouse 5 stars because the place is beautiful and overall very nice. However, it was not clean upon arrival. The linens were dirty, and I had to wash them myself. The pool was also not clean, and there were no available towels when I arrived, I had to wait several hours to receive them. Additionally, the water on the rooftop area was not working, and the breakfast on the premises was not good. Despite these issues, it is still a nice place to stay. With better attention to cleanliness and preparation before guests arrive, it could easily be a 5-star experience. I recommend double checking that everything is clean and ready before checking in.
