Hi I have rented a suite with a Jacuzzi tub in the room which had the photo of the Jacuzzi but when I got to the hotel and checked in I went into my room and see that there was no Jacuzzi besides a tub with jets which I did not reservation that room I was very disappointed I drove almost 2 hours just for that room and I did not have the Jacuzzi and I barely fit in the tub:

Staff are absolutely fantastic! Breakfast, although the same each day, had a good selection of options, and the breakfast area and lobby were spotless.

Helpful front desk staff. A great selection of food for the breakfast buffet. Nice outdoor patio area, although it was raining so we did not make use of it.

Liked: friendly staff..."appearance" of helpfulness Disliked: Everything else. Floor in room was terribly dirty, stained, hairy. Couch was dirty and disgusting - we covered it as much as we can we those weird little coverlets from the ends of the beds. Also was very uncomfortable with springs coming out. Housekeeping appeared to only make beds and replace towels. Shower/tub was cracking and broken with stains...new long hairs kept showing up at the end of our long days at Disneyland (I assume from a housekeeper's head.) I talked to the front staff about the floor to get it thoroughly cleaned while we were out...when we returned (late), it had not even been vacuumed. Yuck. DO NOT STAY HERE. Also.....all rooms need paint....cabinets in "suite" area were very old and cracked and totally empty...not sure why they were there. Kitchenette sink was old and leaking underneath. AND FINALLY, the room was basically exactly like the pictures...but it felt extremely awkward...the doors all seem to open the wrong way and made it hard to skirt around the bed to get to the bathroom or the beds. (Why would the bathroom door swing out into the bedroom? So weird...)

It was fine, but when we booked it we believed that we were on the street of Disney, not the case. When asked about it, they said that Expedia is the one that advertized this since we went through a 3rd party we couldn't change directly with them. They understood our confusion as it happens a lot, we saw and heard people yelling at them for this reason. There are two other Best Western hotels on Disney road.
