My original room was so bad that I had to ask to get it changed (because it smelled bad, like it hadn’t been aired in a very long time, the towels were stained and the bathtub had hairs in it). The second room was okay, but we had bugs crawling through the front door crack at night. We’d wake up to find a bunch of them dead in front of it. The staff was friendly at least and helpful.
