“I booked Ataköşk Hotel through Expedia based on the beautiful photos and presentation shown online. Unfortunately, what we experienced was completely different from what was advertised. The sauna and Turkish bath were highlighted in the photos, but both were closed and unavailable. People make reservations based on these facilities, so this should be clearly mentioned instead of misleading guests. “Positivo: localización tranquila, habitación confortable y limpia; instalaciones buenas. En ese aspecto buena relación precio Calidad. Negativo: el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones no enfriaba, desayuno mediocre, ofrecía gimnasio pero lo tenían cerrado o no dejaban usarlo. El trato del personal regular, daba la impresión que le molestaba que uno le preguntará algo. No daba la impresión de ser un hotel 4 estrellas.”
