Lovely traditional hotel on the main road to Oslo. We were given a friendly warm welcome by the owner and even though we were the only guests (apart from grazing sheep) it felt cosy.

This was a nice stay at a historic site! The rooms were very nice, but the walls were pretty thin, so you could easily hear your neighbors. The wifi also had problems connecting in the room. The breakfast in the morning was great though and they had a super friendly staff!

Et fantastisk sted hvor vi har vært tidligere. Beliggenheten er utmerket, personalet er vennlig (nå opplevde vi at noen andre gjester hadde problemer med at personalet ikke snakket norsk). Spiste en utmerket 3 retters middag, den var også denne gangen meget god. Mat og overnatting her anbefales.

Das Hotel ist auf mehrere schöne historische Gebäude verteilt. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Freundliches Personal, gute Auskunft zum Alpengarten direkt neben dem Hotel. Gutes Frühstück und gute Betten. Gerne wieder.

Overnatting på Kongsvoll

Kongsvoll er et veldig koselig sted med flere hundre års historie. Det sitter i veggene. Her kan du gå fjellturer i moskusterreng. Vi gikk en liten tur etter frokost og gikk på moskusokse som gikk og beitet inne i bjørkeskogen. Vi trakk oss rolig unna med en gang vi oppdaget den, mens vi vi fotograferte den. Flott opplevelse.
