This is more a message to management. I usually do not do reviews. There were multiple issues. One is ok, but they had a few. When we came into the place there was crumbs on the floor near the couch. My wife flagged down a person and got it vacuumed. The toilet area did not have soup, we worked around this but they should put some in that area. The bed was not stable and moved around we told the staff in the morning thinking it would be fixed when we got back. It was not. The staff did fix this later and offered a upgrade but it was late and we needed to leave in the morning. When we left for the day we thought staff would take care of dishes and replenish some supplies since they gave us new towels but they did not. Overall the place looked great but in order to get to the next tier of a high end place it would be good to take care of these little details.

急な坂道の上にあります！駐車場はさらに上ですが専用エレベーターでフロント直通です！駐車場は広めでした！ スタッフはなんの問題もありません。他サイトでは酷評されてますが何のことかわからず。 エントランス、フロント、食事会場、プール監視員、清掃員、みなさんとても丁寧です。小瓶のウェルカムドリンクも良かった！部屋はコーナープレミアムスイートでしたがレイアウトも良かったです。オリオンビール、さんぴん茶もいただけました！室内はキレイで景色も良く満足です。 インフィニティプールは風が強く小さめですがホテル自体が子供向けではないのでジャグジー付きでヨシ！プールバーはアルコール、スナックもいただけますのでナイトプールはオススメです。 室内プールはジムのようですがほぼ貸切ですし奥様待ちスペースもあり、浮き輪も貸してもらえます！大浴場は5席くらいと浴槽、サウナがあり広くはないですがキレイで良かった！ 次は食事。最高でした！ステーキか魚のメインを選択して後はビュッフェ！寿司や沖縄料理、などなどメイン無しでも十分な感じです！ミニケーキやフルーツもおいしかったです！ビールは別料金だったのが残念な感じしました。（6階プールバーは無料です）もちろん朝食も良かったです。 総じて大変、素晴らしいホテルです！珍しく子供もまた行きたいとうるさいくらい最高なホテルです。 欠点をあげるとすると エレベーターから部屋が遠くて面倒。。 コンビニは目の前ですが坂道が大変。。 大人2名、子供1名でしたがエクストラベットを詰め込んだ感じで残念。
