We made a last minute booking at Mulberry house for a local concert. The place was STUNNING. It had a really great atmosphere and felt really welcoming. The room was brilliant, and had everything we could want including wireless charging, hairdryer, a fan, kettle and water. The bed was comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. The alpacas were an unexpected bonus! We said that if we were local this would be the perfect wedding location!

Excellent one night stay in the area. Room upgraded to recently decorated which waas nice in the courtyard. Breakfast was very tasty and varied. Lovely surroundings and easy to find. Walls a little thin in the rooms so woke up to next door chatting and hairdrying.

Wonderful period rectory sympathetically extended to provide tastful and secure rooms with easy access to the gardens. Helpful and cheerful staff. It is no wonder it has recieved so many awards as a wedding venue. A pure delight!

The Mulberry House is lovely! I booked this place solely because of its proximity to my business meeting the next day, and I was absolutely charmed when I got there. It felt like I stepped inside a Jane Austen novel. The house, the lawn, everything about this place is stunning. The rooms are a bit small but clean, so no complaints there. Jackie from reception was an absolute angel and helped me arrange taxi service when I belatedly realized there were no uber drivers in the area. I'll definitely come back to this place!

The grounds of this hotel were very well kept however T he room I had was extremely basic and would benefit from some updating especially the bathroom. The shower wouldn’t stay up so I ended up having to hold the shower head to wash. I wouldn’t say it was very good value for money at over £70 per night

As we were checking in late after a visit to a friend, the night porter checked us in. The room we stayed was small, but didn't mind as it was just a bed and a roof for the night. Was pleasantly surprised when we came for breakfast, the place was huge! Breakfast table had all sorts, fruit, cereal bars, cereal and juice on the ready. Breakfast was cooked as ordered. As I'm weird when it comes to bacon, asked for it just cooked, it came as I'd asked for. The hotel had an award this year for an excellent revenue, i couldn't eault it, i would get married there if i ain't already! All in all, it was a fantastic experience and the staff were more than helpful!
