“Beautiful room in a wonderful cottage on a delightful site. Everything you needed to hand. Breakfast delicious and the staff very helpful. We had afternoon tea whilst staying there - brilliant, especially the scones.”

“The room was clean and reasonably priced. Sadly I didn’t sleep well as the mattress wasn’t very comfortable - small for a double, and it felt like we were rolling together . Hong had kindly given us a room at the back of the house as I mentioned I am a light sleeper, but because it wasn’t the property I was expecting to stay in, it meant it was near to the main road which was quite noisy through most of the night on and off. “Visiting Gilbert and Sullivan Festival at Opera House across the Square. Ideal location for this visit. On payment of parking permit fee able to park in front of hotel for 24 hours. This permit made the afternoon walk around Buxton and the morning shopping trip much easier. The location of the hotel is perfect for any visit to Buxton.
