Great as always and great location in the city

Great room. Nice stay. The staff was great and it was an ideal location.

Our room was very clean. The bathroom was bigger than expected and the shower was also very big.

Overall, our stay was pretty decent, and I especially want to highlight how wonderful the staff was throughout our visit! When we arrived, the front desk attendant was incredibly sweet and welcoming. Although it took her a little while to get to the desk, I believe she was assisting with another task. Once she arrived, she provided excellent customer service. One suggestion I would make is to place a bell at the front desk so guests can easily notify staff when they arrive. Unfortunately, when we entered our room, we noticed that the sheets and comforter were damp, and my husband discovered a bug crawling on his pillow. We immediately notified the staff, and they were very accommodating in moving us to another room. Both rooms could benefit from a few minor renovations and updates to improve the overall guest experience. However, despite those concerns, our stay was fairly pleasant. The staff consistently went above and beyond to be kind, helpful, and accommodating. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was pretty good! With a few improvements to room maintenance and cleanliness, I believe this property could provide an even better experience for its guests. The exceptional customer service was definitely the highlight of our stay!

This property is immaculate! I am sure it is the best in Cleveland Tennesee. Our room which was a king room was perfect my wife and me. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The lady staffing the kitchen did a excellent job keeping fresh food in sufficient quantities staged. Her area was well organized and clean. The food was good. The dining area was very nice and clean, A great area for gathering and engaing with others. The pool area was very nice. The parking lotg was very clean and quiet given its proximity to I-75. Resturants within 0.5 mile. Thank you to the entire staff for the wonderful stay.

Four of us stayed for one night. Beds were comfortable, property was quiet and the kids enjoyed the chickens, goats and horses. The property was close enough to Rock City for us. The only thing I would have to add it is not a Bed and Breakfast. They have stopped serving breakfast there according to a sign on the refrigerator and it wasn’t until we arrived that we found out.
