This was a nice motel, rooms were clean and spacious enough for our needs (i.e., mostly sleeping, we were out exploring during the day). Owners are on site and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. An easy drive to Mt. Cook and walking distance to several restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay

We stayed here for one night en route from Dunedin before doing Mount Cook the next day. We have been in NZ for over a month now and I must say that this stay ranks amongst the best motels we've stayed in. The room was v clean, comfy bed, well equipped, great shower.

Adorable hotel, we had everything we needed. We could not find a hotel in Mt Cook Village OR Twizel, so we booked here. It was a nice way from Mt Cook but still doable. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and warm

This was the perfect place to stay after several days hiking around the South Island of NZ. The washing machine and dryer were an added bonus as I was able to do a load of laundry after being on the road for a week.
