The hotel was good and food was okay. I checked out on December 14th, and asked if I can stay for extra 30-minutes because my ride was not getting there on time. The front desk told me no because they were fully booked. So, I checked online and she was lying there were multiple rooms available. Never coming back and staying that hotel again!

Just an incredible town but wish parking was more clear as confusing when a garage practically connected isn’t the hotel garage and extra fee for hotel garage not in literature. Great breakfast. Love the historical part but wish little cheaper. Stayed again recently for Omaha in Iowa but would have stayed here again if met price point.

Our stay was wonderful and we will absolutely return for another stay. Everything was exceptional. Our room and bathroom was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great and had plenty of choices for our entire family. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

High rise, downtown hotel, limited drop off and pickup parking out front,but easy paid parking just across the street. Decent breakfast and sitting area as well as outdoor patio {unless it's raining). Hotel public areas seems to have a musty smell,but rooms fine.

Was in town for a concert and it was a really nice stay. They offer a shuttle service to/from airport and anywhere within 3 miles during your stay. It is a great service, it just needs a little more structure and organization.
