The hotel was clean and enjoyable. It is a unique place to stay with some of the historic elements woven into the modern amenities. It is in a great location, plenty of parking but only a short walk from historic downtown and the riverside parks.

The Magnolia was a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful facilities, such thoughtful care given to maintaining its historic features - loved it! The rooms were beautiful, comfortable beds, immaculately clean! Really enjoyed it! And the hotel has a gem in Sam, who made sure my check-in was smooth, and was top-notch in the restaurat! Just the right mix of professionalism, kindness, attentiveness - really made me feel welcome! Kudos to Sam! Would highly reccommend this hotel to anyone in the Omaha area!

Classic 100 yr. old hotel. Convenient to many downtown restaurants. A lot of construction is going on in downtown Omaha, but with GPS, fairly easy to navigate.

If you are into vintage hotels you will love the Magnolia. This is a pet friendly hotel, but if you are not a pet owner, the hotel is emmaculate and you would not know it was pet friendly except for seeing a dog or two and the free pet snacks at the registry desk.
