The only thing that I was disappointed in was the bed, very uncomfortable! The hideaway bed that my niece stayed in was more comfortable than the regular bed! Other than that everything else was great! Breakfast was awesome! Staff was great! Pool & Hot tub were refreshing!

Clean well maintained property. Beautiful lobby area. Decent room size. Nice choices for breakfast and good space to sit and eat. Nice workout room, pool and hot tub. A little noisy at times at it is a large property and seemed the walls were a little thin. Quite a large number of dogs and a few cats as it is a pet friendly hotel. This could be great for some but not perhaps for people who may be allergic or have fear of animals. Seemed also family friendly. Decent location close to stores and restaurants, a little further to downtown but not too bad driving around

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The reason for the poorer for amenities and overall average score was tied to comfortability. The bed was likely the worst bed / mattress I've ever slept on. I woke up with so much back pain. I ended up sleeping upright the second night because the bed was so uncomfortable. Friends that also stayed at this loaction shared they experienced the same. Would have been nice to have mattress toppers available as an accommodation instead of the suggestion to use another comforter for additional support.
