The staff was amazing and extremely kind. The sheets and bathroom were clean but there were what looked like vomit stains on our curtains. The plate for the door lock was missing. I should have told the front desk but we were only there for a few hours to sleep before our plane took off. I didn’t sleep much because I didn’t feel safe since it was just a mom and son in a room that was missing part of the lock, plus the room next to us at the end of the hall had a missing door knob. It just felt sketchy.

We had a connecting room and loved it! I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Beds are very comfortable. Food is great. Pool is great for little ones. We took 6 grandkids for 2 nights age 3-12. It was a Christmas gift and we all had a lot of fun. The only downfall we had is we had to wait until 5:30 to get in our rooms. Check in is 4:00. But they gave us arm bands right away and we had all the kids wear their swimsuits under their clothes just in case. Great weekend!!!

The rooms were clean but the bottom of the pool had Algae. It was gross. You have a lovely staff for the pool. However, he only took samples off the top of the water. It hink it might have been difficult to see looking down into the pool. A pressure washer is definitely needed!
