I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The front desk staff are truly the best — friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their outstanding customer service made my stay even more enjoyable and made me feel genuinely welcomed. It’s refreshing to experience such a high level of hospitality. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Beds were comfy. Extremely convenient location. Just a block to Gene Leahy Mall and downtown. Hotel has its own parking garage, so no worry of finding parking. Only downside was the traffic was a bit noisy at night, but we stayed over the 4th of July, so everyone was out late. We will definitely stay here again!!
