Stayed on a Omaha zoo trip! 3 rooms with 2 connecting! Rooms were great and the connecting rooms perfect for the small children in the group! Great location for the zoo and to restaurants and bars. Parents had a great night out while grandparents did babysitting duties! Overall excellent stay!

Staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. The room was pretty good also. The free drinks honey pineapple margaritas were really good. The food was a bit overpriced for what it was, but overall a nice stay for a short weekend trip.

The property was excellent but the best was the staff. Everyone from valets to front desk to bartender and the food staff were excellent. The breakfast cooks preparing omelets were exceptional. We were met with an enthusiastic greeting and cooked us some of the best omelets we've ever eaten.

What an amazing place to stay! Location is perfect, walkable to a ton of great restaurants and treats. Staff go above and beyond, from check in to bar service. Breakfast service was outstanding, loved the reception event each night. The pool was great and open late to be able to enjoy after a day of adventuring. Valley staff also very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable and we love a hotel with a separate bedroom when traveling with kids. Overall, this hotel was an excellent choice for a weekend zoo trip.

The front desk staff was great, very accommodating. The free breakfast and nightly happy hour were a huge perk that our kids loved! Great experience overall, but a little sad there wasn't a hot tub.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. All staff was extremely helpful and friendly!! The location was fantastic. Right in the heart of the city with plenty of restaurants to choose from all within walking distance. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It's a nice hotel with very minor issues, I unplugged a lamp because the other outlet didn't work (Clark Griswold?), the sign at the 7th floor elevator is missing an arrow but the glue residue is still there. The valet service left something to be desired but the $37 fee allowed me to park my vehicle on the property and surrender my key fob back to the front desk; which was an odd experience. The time I did get a valet, my vehicle smelled like a pig farm for a few minutes after leaving. The staff is courteous and respectful though. Would stay again.
