The property was well kept. The young lady serving in the Bistro went well above and beyond in customer service. She helped my husband and I with a smile and history of the hotel. She helped us at dinner time around 5:00-5:30pm on Friday July 10th 2026.

Didn’t not like that we had to pay for parking, but was very easy to scan and figure out. Staff were very friendly and hotel was extremely clean. We stayed 2 nights and it was very nice to have the room freshened up with clean towels and bed remained.

This was our third time staying at this hotel and we are always so impressed by the staff members! We love the location as it is walking distance to restaurants in the old town area, as well as a quick trip to the Omaha zoo or Durham museum. There is a Starbucks cafe/bistro with a few options if you don't feel like going out anywhere as well. The coffee and the breakfast options are the best, but we've also tried dinner and drinks there as well. The rooms have always been clean and they do provide house keeping on a daily basis.

Amazing front desk, Staff! Awesome housekeeping! Quiet! It’s definitely a business hotel with class and elegant by affordable plenty of parking! And the front desk was so kind and hospitable! We had to extend our stay two times and they were able to make it work in the middle of spring break we had a family emergency that they knew nothing about at the front desk and was extremely flexible. I’m so great how they fit my family.

The staff was excellent. Great attitudes and service. The location is very convenient for food, the local parks, Old Town and very easy access to the airport. The property is showing some wear but is very clean.
