Pool was fantastic for our toddler grandson. We sat him on the side of the hot tub and poured the warm water over him when he got too cold and nobody gave us a hassle. The breakfast was nice and the breakfast host was very friendly and kind to us. The hotel itself is old and not super clean. The desk staff that we encountered did not seem happy and did not seem to appreciate questions so we figured things out for ourselves. The free channels on the television did not offer anything in the way of toddler shows rated Y or G.

Keep in mind that most hotels including this one dose not have maid service. Cleaning of rooms, emptying of trash, etc with that being said this hotel makes it easy to understand how to receive clean towels. Place used towels outside by door, they give you clean, folded towels in a clean plastic bag. Set your trash out by the door they provide clean trash bags. You have to use your room key to get on the elevator from the ground floor, which I think is a great idea. Our grandkids really enjoyed the pool. I would stay again.

Beds were comfortable. Room was tidy until I found a random coat in the corner of the room. I requested and paid for an extra bed that was filthy with stains on the mattress and coils were very loose and uncomfortable to sleep on. I was given an “oh… sorry” about the coat in the room. We left the coat untouched. Breakfast was not kept warm and staff struggled with food upkeep as there were a lot of guests. The pool had a raw feces scent.
