A 7 story building with only one semi-working elevator is criminal. The second elevator was broken the last time we stayed here over a year ago and is still out of order. My kids love coming here for the pool but I will be calling the property to see if the elevators are working before we book our next stay.

Kids pool is awesome. Staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities need a little maintenance. Pull out sofa needs are horribly uncomfortable so much that my kids complained about feeling the coils and not being able to sleep. We ended up closing the sofa bed and they slept in the closed sofa instead.

Check in took at least 20 minutes and I had my room reserved in advance. When we got up to our room, we opened the door and people occupied that room already. Front desk staff were able to get us the correct room after that but didn’t give us a great first impression. The pool is great for toddlers. The shower curtain is too short for the tub which created a flood when showering. The elevator also was broken and the other one didn’t feel great either. Breakfast had good options & staff were pleasant. Overall, wouldn’t stay there again especially for $150/night.

So the kids pool area was the highlight. It had slides and water features my 4 year old loved and the breakfast was fine. Nice staff. Room was in good shape. Water pressure low in tub. The hotel overall seemed pretty run down and worn out though. Phones to call front desk werent even connected. Night manager seemed new. Didn't know where shampoo and conditioner were. Probably wouldn't come back.

Rotating breakfast with very friendly staff. Resturant was clearly closed for a long time but was advertised as an available option. Lots nearby so wasn't a huge issue. One slow running elevator for 7 floors of guests so very long wait times at checking in/out. Rooms were decent and fairly clean. The hotel was definitely in need of some superficial updates throughout. Overall not a bad experience as it was within 15mins of everything we had planned to do and really just needed a space to sleep and shower. Pool was perfect depth for 6year old to roam but again a face-lift is needed throughout. Things such as buttons that don't light up, one elevator down, paint touch ups needed, toilet running, showers stained, what looked like marker on the sheets etc.

It took over 5 minutes for staff to show up at the front desk to check us in. The pool had chunks of hair and other items just floating around in the water. The bathroom door inside the pool area was completely falling apart. The breakfast area had food all over the counters, but the breakfast attendant was extremely kind.

Missing the log and lily pad in the pool area, that is half the attractions of the pool which is the only reason we booked in the first place. Staff was openly arguing in the breakfast area during breakfast. Lots of staff and other guests smoking cigarettes..etc.. in front of the entrance. Room was decent but needed cleaned around the toilet and lots of cords and extension cords hanging around the tv area that we had to keep our toddler from grabbing the entire stay.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly especially the staff member preparing breakfast each morning. The pool area was small only because there wer3 so many guests and it could have been slightly cleaner. The room was perfect if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower. Check in and out was very easy and they provided a receipt. I can't stress how friendly the staff was though. Know that there is no room service unless you ask for it. Otherwise trash and linens are to be left out in the hall for pick up. There are gas stations and restaurants close.
