“Immediately upon arriving, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk and made to feel like a priority with their proactive and efficient help. The whole process for my check in took less than five minutes and the front desk spoke perfect English which was a breath of fresh air. Anytime I walked past the front desk, they were attentive and would greet me warmly. The location is so convenient! Everything is within walking distance and has two Hakodate food specialties Lucky Pierrot and Hasaegawa...
