Vacations Close To Olympic Pool North Sydney

We stayed for 4 nights. Prior to arrival we were provided with an access code for a safe located outside the front door to the premises. We arrived around 7 pm (it was dark) and, unfortunately, there was no key in the safe. There was a sign outside the front door providing a mobile number to ring in case of emergency, but there was no response when I both rang and messaged the number. After about 30 minutes the proprietor came out from inside the premises with a key and let us in. She explained that the previous guest had been injured in a car accident and had not been able to vacate the room until 5.00 pm, meaning that the room had not been ready due to the need to clean it. No issues with this explantation, but we were annoyed that there had been no such advice in the safe, a message had not been sent to us via Expedia and, most significantly, there was no response from the emergency number. In relation to the property itself, it was comfortable enough. We had a private bathroom which was quite small. There is a kitchen, but you are not allowed to cook in it - but can heat food in a microwave and there is a fridge in both the kitchen and your room. This option is better suited for people with a car, as the walk from Macquarie Park metro is about 15-20 minutes which would be challenging if you had large luggage or walking difficulties, That said, there is a laneway leading to Epping Road nearby where there is a bus stop. Overall a satisfactory stay.

Great location in centre of CBD close to shops restaurants and transport. Room wss comfortable and very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay again

Easy pay parking underground, rooms are quite old and bad odour from carpet.

The hotel was in a great location, convenient for everything we wanted to do, views were spectacular. The room was large, very clean, large bathroom with a very comfortable bed. We had club lounge access, which as the hotel was busy, was a quieter place to have breakfast, it was available during the day and evening canopies/drinks were excellent.
