Police was called by someone

It worked kind of need a place to sleep. But only got 4 hrs because of room next had scream all night. It was clean and comfortable. But spending $200 for a room I was in for 5 hours sucks

It was a enjoyable stay The only thing I did not like was, we had our two cats with us and the hotel required us to follow the one person had to be the room with our cats at all times. We were in Lacey looking to buy a home and putting the cat item plus the cats in our car to look at homes was a major problem. When we wanted to go out to eat we had to take the cats with us.

There were gun shots outside while we were there. Also, the toilet flapper valve was not working correctly so the toilet ran off and on all night. The hotel also stunk. We won't be staying there again.

Stayed twice in a 2 week period. Both stays staff was EXCEPTIONAL . Both stays in handicap room. 1st stay the toilet was low, but had good handrail to help us get up. Room really clean, all good. 2nd stay we were put in different handicap room. High toilet, but room could have been improved: rusty lamp, lamp shade torn, pillow in chair looked like animal had chewed on it as well as seam was ripped out and had to call desk to get tv to work. 2nd stay other problems can only be blamed on current other guests. Dogs barking & whimpering but not long enough to call desk just long enough to wake you up. Doors banging closed all night and neighbors foul mouth disagreements off and on all night. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

It was okay for the price. Nothing fancy at all, but not dirty or smelly. There was a homeless guy going through the garbage and cigarette butt can, out front of the building and a loud group of customers, one who yelled for hours at other customers and someone on facetime both inside the building/his room and outside. The employees addressed the man several time's and allowed us to move our room further from his which was great but he was still there and still yelling the next morning outside.

I was going to go with 1, but the bed was comfortable. That being said we weren't told where the breakfast was so we missed out. Despite a non smoking policy you could smell it in the lobby as soon as you walked in. A deep cleaning hasn't been done in who knows how long. I could smell something like urine in our room, and later stepped on what may have been dried urine. Someone else's hair was still in the bath tub. We also smelled smoke in the vending area. We opted to wait to shower until we were camping instead of using their's.

Clean but no hot water, needs renovation etc

Picked hotel for my monthly business trip. Have tried other motel hotels in area but had found others always under renovation construction. Picked this hotel after calling them - the day before - to make sure they were not under construction. Arrived in evening to find that they had no hot water. (Mechanical repair failed.) They said they tried calling me but no calls received etc. Too late for me to find alternate. Motel room was clean but old with minor recent updates. Toilet was loose. Free Breakfast is a 3 out of 5 compared to near by hotels. Many of those having breakfast that day mentioned in conversations they were staying there on public assistance etc. Pool looked decent. Dont pay over $75 a night to stay here unless no other option. I expect this will be the next motel to be under renovation etc.

Worst hotel I've EVER stayed at! Dark brown painted doors gave that non-cheerful, eery look. Even walls had brown paint. Gap in window allowed all freeway noise and heavy drafts into room, so I was forced to jam a screw under it so I could sleep. All 3 lamps mismatched. Throw pillows for bed. Paint, stains and holes on the 1 chair in my room. People sitting in their cars all night, along with homeless people sneaking in. Bathroom fan didn't work. Very few towels. Couldn't swivel tv to see from desk. Could hear tv from 4 rooms down the hall. 1 tiny wastebasket. Microwave so small none of my cups fit. Stoppers out of sink and shower drains. Smears all over mirror. Horrible paint job all over building showing rookies painted and didn't use tape. Refrigerated waffles you put in toaster? Not me! Luke warm coffee right after breakfast started being available. This was a huge mistake staying here! I even swept on top of the covers in my clothes to lessen the risk of possible bed bugs. This place appears to have been built in the 50s or 60s with never any upgrades or modernizations. NEVER AGAIN will I stay here! I was afraid to go to my car after dark because everywhere I looked there were people in cars for hours if not all night. ONLY positive thing about my stay was the low price I got through Expedia. But apparently you get what you pay for!

Our room we were suppose to have was dirty and fire alarm unplugged and no battery the curtains where hanging off the hooks. She gave us another room that the fire alarm again was unhooked and no battery. The toilet leaked from the back. The lock was broke and no screen on window. You were allowed a 5 min shower then the water turns very cold!

Staff was kind and friendly. Room conditions were horrible. Bathroom lite wouldn’t turn off, bed stand lite was broken, hair dryer didn’t work, no coffee pot, tv remote didn’t work and the heater wouldn’t turn on in the morning!
