Hotel is under new management and the new staff appears to be quite nice and accommodating. Hotel itself has a shabby exterior, but the rooms are clean and the lobby looks to be freshly renovated. Would stay again if in Olympia.

Charles gave us a friendly greeting and made check-in easy. The breakfast was nice and the woman who took care of the breakfast was very friendly and kept the area spotless. Beds were comfortable. And except for the occasional highway truck noises the room was quiet and comfortable.

Property was obviously under renovation, but did not affect our stay. Check in was good despite the fact that he had a difficult phone call while I was waiting. he recovered quickly and was very pleasant. Breakfast was not equal to other Quality properties I've stayed at. Most everything was empty and when she brought it out, it was pretty cold. I had to microwave almost everything. Selection was pretty sparce also.
