I stay at this hotel every year for an event at the end of August. Each time I have had a clean comfortable stay. The staff are wonderful and my request for a room on the ground floor near and exit to accommodate my dog is always honored. I will continue to come back. Thanks for a nice stay!!

Very clean and conveniently located hotel, staff was friendly and location was close to dining and shopping. The computers in the business center were slow and could be updated and internet in the business center was not always working but other than that we loved it there and also loved the free use of the laundry facilities.

a little bit noisy near interstate 5, but there is a kitchen and dishes and microwave in the room that you can cook easily.

The hotel had some food corners 24 hours and FREE coffee. They just had a "Charging Paper" that customers would fill in on our owns. They trusted us and I felt so kind and generous about their action. I would stay again if/when I am coming back to Lacey/Olympia. Thank you :)

I stay over 100 nights a year in hotels for work. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have had in the past year. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Room was not cleaned before my stay. Internet didn’t work.ceiling fan in room was non functional. No free parking unless you know a manager there (person in front of me new the manager Lori and apparently that gets you free parking), the “convenience store had expired items and a 20oz bottle of water was $6, staff preparing continental breakfast were not wearing gloves and touched food with bare hands right in front of me, was told “we don’t do late checkouts”when I asked if I could have an hour extension for a business call, then they charged me for a whole second day when I left my room at 12:03p….. I will be making sure no one from my company, family, or friends ever stays here again. Couldn’t be more disappointed in this hotel and their staff. Have some pride, BE BETTER.

The kitchen was great and had everything we need to make a big pot of chili! The front desk staff was very pleasant and fun to chat with! They set the tone for the hotel and an enjoyable stay! Definitely would recommend this hotel and would stay again!

I like the isolation of this area plus, it has easy off and on I-5 freeway. Rooms are spacious. A plus is the recliner for relaxing, in addition the room has a desktop environment with a nice office chair. Large refrigerator is convenient, although I usually just bring small bottle size drinks. Friendly efficient staff

I love that they have a recliner in the room. I have back issues and this chair makes a huge difference. I also love the refrigerator. It is quiet and convenient for visiting family in the area. I have stayed here each time I come to this area.

The room was large and comfortable with a kitchenette. I had the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel - the mattress was wonderful! Having the check-out time at 12:00 allowed me to have a leisurely morning which extended my time away. I really enjoyed it. Also, the gal at the front desk (I didn't get her name) who had just come in for her shift on Sunday at about 8:00 was EXCELLENT and very pleasant. She is an asset to your business. I will come again!

Pet friendly - a wonderful experience

Candlewood Suites was a lovely surprise! It was a wonderful suite that had everything I needed. It is pet friendly which was wonderful since I was at a dog show. I would recommend highly.
