Great Service

The staff was very friendly... always helped us out with directions and uh, places to go and eat... very clean motel, great food service with the restaurant attached... overall a very good and professional hotel... i would recommend staying there again

Value for money

Nice Hotel with friendly staff. The first room however was above maintenance works and we were disturbed by loud hammering. The outside scaffolding was on our balcony which made it unusable. They moved us to the back of the Hotel which was better but i think the room should not have been given to a guest. The mattresses seem to be plastic and the duvets are very thick which makes you feel very hot in the night. Nice pool in the middle of the courtyard. Hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant but breakfast is offered opposite at gerrys grill or next to the hotel barangay breakfast buffet and a la carte. All in all a nice Hotel and value for the price.

They asked us to sign a form that has a list of items inside the room without going thru the list first, such as how many glasses, cups & saucers; trash can; remote control; hangers; etc. When I refused to sign before checking, I got a serious look. They did the same with my brother. They asked him to sign before entering the room. It was hours later before he realized that some items on the list were not even inside his room! I find this practice unusual. I've stayed with other hotels more expensive than this but they never asked me to sign a list of items inside the room. Our breakfast was included with our reservation. They serve buffet for others. But, people like us who got it thru this booking were given a set meal. The serving size of this meal is quite small, fit only for kids (even for Filipino standard). 1 small egg, 3 thin slices of spam (or some other dish that they serve in their buffet) but also very small serving, a small cup of rice, coffee & juice. Heard several people had to pay extra just to have a decent size meal. Maybe they should put a note when making a reservation what type of breakfast they would serve so people will not expect much. Room size, it was spacious. But, saw some dirt on the bedsheets (we have 2 queen size beds, both look dirty). We requested to have it cleaned the following day. Over all, in my opinion, the price I paid for this stay wasn't worth it. Will definitely avoid this place in the future.

To be honest, Court Meridian was not our first choice of hotel as we always go to the same one every time we go back to the Philippines but I think it was truly a blessing in disguise that our first choice hotel was fully booked for our trip this May so I had to find another one that has the same amenities we usually look for and did Court Meridian deliver! I'm truly glad we took a chance and booked here. I can't say enough good things about this place but to name a few, if you are looking for a place with a great and spacious room (and bathroom), with an amazing connected bistro as well as fantastic staff, look no further as Court Meridian will definitely deliver! My family definitely has a new first choice hotel for our next trip :)

Staff at the cafeteria were unprofessional, I called the waiter to point out that the water has a small floating dead bug and I asked him to replace it. I waited nearly 30 minutes until he started bussing our table and then looked at me very sharply without saying a word. I think he needs some kind of training, respect the customer, do not secure the plate when customer are still on their table, ask politely. We were just there for an hour including the extra 30 minutes waiting for water that never arrive. The pool was secured for maintenance when we are getting ready to enjoy the water. Other than, hotel is great.
