Great location and lovely room but only niggle was an extractor/air conditioning unit about 7ft outside bedroom window which ran all night, not ideal when it was temperature was very warm all night. Lovely breakfast options and all freshly cooked to order. Lovely friendly staff, would definitely stay here again if in the area. Great value for money.

Great breakfast menu. Rooms are getting tired and need a refresh. This hotel is in a great location right in the heart of Olney. I have stayed many times before but this time I got an extra noisy room above the pub, not the best.

Only had a very quick stay but impressed with the pub, diner and the room we had, in terms of what it was and cleanliness. Bit expensive though. Staff very friendly, helpful, polite and professional. We’d happily stay there again if we can get a deal. Only thing is pub car park is extremely limited and has half a dozen spaces. However, there is plenty of public spaces around - just need to watch timings but overnight parking seems to be ok.

I’ve now stayed here twice, both times lovely rooms, clean warm and very comfortable. Food was good and the staff friendly and helpful. Parts of the hotel need some work and look a little frayed but I’m sure these will be addressed.
