“100% recommend the Lodge at Schroon Lake. The location is perfect, the lakefront beach is adorable, the gym, gameroom, and indoor pool are excellent. We stayed in one the the "Bird's Nest" cabins, which was very cute, though very small and very basic, but I liked being a little bit out of the way from the busy-ness of the resort.
The restaurant is nice, offering a simple menu, with all the expected items. Nothing fancy, but fine. The breakfast buffet was a good value.
