The location and comfort were great at this lodging. The staff were all incredibly kind and went above and beyond for us and other guests. They were wonderfully caring toward our 18-month-old daughter, such as providing additional food items they noticed that she liked at breakfast etc. We will certainly stay here again if returning to Ollantaytambo.

Very nice hotel! The room and bathroom were very clean, and there was always hot water! Nice breakfast in the morning. The hotel does get very cold so a heater or extra blankets would have been nice. The WiFi was unreliable at times but the host was able to fix this when we raised the issue.

My daughter and I stayed here for three nights. I’m very happy that we chose this hotel. It looks family run, provided a free breakfast that suited us fine, including eggs done as you choose. It has great views, plus a rooftop seating area. It’s in walking distance to wherever we chose to go. Be aware that it involves some uphill walking to get to it, but that is typical of the town.

The room was great but no shelving for clothes. I was in Ollantaytambo during their anniversary celebrations so it was festive with children playing outside a little late. I would stay here again.

The hotel is located at the top of the old town so is within the charming atmosphere of the Inca cobblestone alleyways and walls. It's a five walk to the main square and is quiet and serene. The hotel has a lovely rooftop patio from which you an see the ancient Inca sites and mountains. The staff was generous and courteous. Breakfast was ample (eggs prepared as you like them, breas, cheese, ham, fresh fruit salad). The rooms are tasteful but spare. Ask for a space heater or hair dryer if you need one. No TV but we didnt miss that at all as Ollantaytambo was "entertainment " enough. We lived our stay there!

Beautiful , magical town! The hotel is a short walking distance from city center. Has a gorgeous roof top area to star gaze and relax. A lovely complimentary breakfast was served every morning. Would definitely stay there again! Showers were nice and hot, beds firm, room temperature fine.

Complementary hand soap, body wash and shampoo! Amazing views from the terrace of the entire town, ruins and all!! The staff is so kind and sweet, it’s not right in the main part of town but walking 4 minutes away through the enchanting streets of Pisac is honestly wayyyy worth it!! I booked a balcony room and absolutely loved the views right from my bedroom!!! The sounds of the canals lulling you to sleep is also a major plus!

We had a very lovely stay at Nuna Sumaq. We were even allowed to stay in our room well beyond checkout time, as my girlfriend was sick and needed some more time to rest. Can highly recommend the place.

Nuna Sumaq was a lovely boutique hotel located a 5 minute walk from the main square. Hotel was very clean and rooms private. Breakfast was buffet style with made to order eggs. We had a nice view of the mountains. The hotel is located on a cute cobblestone walkway. It is not accessible to vehicles and if you have luggage with wheels, navigating the cobblestone path is tricky..

Super séjour au Nuna Sumaq Hotel! Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et accueillant. La chambre était belle, propre, avec un lit confortable, c'était tour simplement parfait pour bien se reposer après le long voyage. L’endroit est aussi très tranquille, ce qui rend les réveils particulièrement agréables, avec les chants des coqs en prime, c'était tout simplement charmant ! Nous avons adoré Ollantaytambo, et la dame à l’accueil a pris le temps de bien nous informer comment aller visiter les ruines. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps… !!
