The staff was very kind and helpful and the location was great. Breakfast was healthy and tasty, although we missed having fresh fruit. The room was clean and comfortable, but we were disappointed that there was no window to get fresh air. We would stay again, if we return to Ollantaytambo.

The floor is extremely clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. He helped us to print some tickets. Although he speaks Spanish, and we speak in English, it is not a problem as long as we can google translate, and he is really willing to help us. I felt being well taken care of. Kantu Inn was a great pick! Great customer service, clean, easy check in, with fresh breakfast served. Perfect location right in the centre They were very accommodating and even let us check in a few hours early when we arrived. We met Manuel here and he helped us a lot in guiding us with tips and tricks in exploring Ollantaytambo. Great service overall, definitely recommend!!

Wir hatten das Deluxe Dreibettzimmer. Ein ganz normales Zimmer mit einem etwas grösserem Bett und ein kleineres. Das Zimmer hätte ein wenig grösser sein können, war aber ausreichend. Es war relativ neu renoviert bzw. gestrichen. Bad auch neu. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Eine kleine Dachterrasse mit nur einem Stuhl. Wir hätten sicher einen zweiten bekommen wenn wir gefragt hätten. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Hervorheben möchte ich den liebenswerten Marcello, der uns zweimal mitten in der Nacht mit einer Breakfast Box versorgt hat. Er hat solange gewartet bis das Taxi uns abgeholt hat. 4 Uhr morgens
