When we arrived after a long day, the staff said that they don’t have room for us. We were in contact with them for the last couple of weeks, telling them when we arrive, asking about parking near by, and asking if they have the cable to watch the World Cup. They confirmed everything but when we arrived, they didn’t have the room. Terrible experience!

Muy bien situado en el centro de Ollantaytambo. A menos de 10 minutos de la estacion para ir a Machu Pichu. Tranquilo y limpio. El desayuno no es muy extenso, pero por el precio y la categoria del hotel esta bien. Si tienes que madrugar te proporcionan picnic, y se agradece. El peronal es atento y agradable. Repetiria sin dudarlo.
