Needs maintenance

Beds were comfortable, shower pressure was good, easy to park, WIFI worked, it was quiet and there was a lovely restaurant opposite which was convenient for dinner. We were in room 7: Toilet didn’t flush, air conditioning didn’t work, the floor was marked and needed a proper clean (not just a mop), there were no curtains so it got light early as there were roller shutters that didn’t block the light, I had to ask for towels as we hadn’t been provided any, no door to the bathroom-a shower curtain had been nailed to the door frame, litter all the over the parking area and in the shrubs. The whole place needs some maintenance and love!

Pas de chauffage dans la chambre mais avertis aprĂšs le rĂšglement , prĂȘt d’un chauffage d’appoint bruyant Ă  chaque dĂ©clenchement.tempĂ©rature extĂ©rieure -1 . la Clim devait ĂȘtre rĂ©parĂ©e le lendemain (lundi) mais rien de mieux lors de notre retour . La chambre Ă©tait sale ! Les plinthes remplies de crasses, le sol Ă©tait rempli de taches (qui s’en allaient en grattant). Pas de serviettes de douche, mĂȘme pas un essuie main ! Pas de rideau de douche (tu lave la salle de bain quand tu te douche), des insectes dans la douche ainsi que des taches (qui ne partent pas) sur les portes, murs et sol ! Heureusement , le lit Ă©tait confortable ! Et le parking, une vraie dĂ©chĂšterie.

Séjour décevant malgré le prix attractif

SĂ©jour mitigĂ©. L’hĂŽtel est trĂšs bruyant et les photos en ligne ne reflĂštent pas vraiment la rĂ©alitĂ© : chambres petites, douche dans le mĂȘme espace que les toilettes avec le sol trempĂ© dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e. Les escaliers sont couverts de moquette mal fixĂ©e qui se soulĂšve et peut ĂȘtre dangereuse. L’accueil ne parle pas français, ce qui complique les Ă©changes. Le prix de la chambre reste bas, ce qui explique peut-ĂȘtre ces conditions, mais l’expĂ©rience globale reste dĂ©cevante.

ancien hĂŽtel de la chaine PremiĂšre classe, rachetĂ©. TrĂšs mauvaise isolation des portes, bruyant car tout proche de la route. Pas de rideau de douche, photos mensongĂšres (c'Ă©tait celles d'avant). Etat gĂ©nĂ©ral peu entretenu. La porte de ma chambre avait Ă©tĂ© fracturĂ©, la rĂ©paration de fortune ne permettait pas de fermer convenablement. Cette chambre n'aurait jamais dĂ» ĂȘtre louĂ©. Nous sommes pas retournĂ©s dormir dans cet hĂŽtel car trop bruyant le train juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© et obligĂ© de dormir fenĂȘtre ouverte car une chaleur phĂ©nomĂ©nale et la climatisation fonctionne trĂšs mal inutile et la salle d'eau est minuscule la douche vraiment pas pratique trĂšs trĂšs petite sans rideau on met de l'eau partout.

WĂŒrden wir nicht empfehlen!

Obwohl auf der Seite eine dauerhafte besetze Rezeption vermerkt war, konnten wir nicht einchecken. Der Automat hat nicht funktioniert, der Versuch das Hotel telefonisch zu erreichen hat leider nicht funktioniert! Von außen war das Hotel dreckig, der Briefkasten war aufgebrochen!

La chambre, cela allait... Sauf l'impossibilité d'avoir le noir complet dans la chambre car par de rideaux et des stores "transparents". La salle de bain était horrible, séparée seulement par un rideau de douche vissé. Par de rideaux de douche pour séparer la douche du reste de la piÚce d'eau. Le sol reste donc trempé en permanence. Chasse d'eau trÚs mal réglée qui coule tout le temps. De plus, aucune serviette dans la chambre, nous avons dû aller les demander à l'accueil.

Horrible !!!! A fuire!!!!

Horrible a notre arrivée la personne a l'accueil ne comprener pas le français, il a fallut 30min pour avoir la carte de la chambre et la chambre n'était pas tres propre et la carte n'ouvrait pas la porte ,nous etions obligés d'aller a l'accueil a chaque fois pour nous faire ouvrir la porte jusqu'à se que on nous donne une clef pour une ouverture standart mais cette clef était un passe avec lequel je pouvait ouvrir toutes les autres chambres louées! Inadmissible!!! A 20h a notre retour du restaurant il n'y avait plus d'électricité donc il aurais fallu prendre la douche dans le noir d'aprÚs eux... apres une longue négociations pour etre remboursé nous avons du trouver un nouvel hotel a 21h30 et nous remecions le confort hotel de la meme zone pour son accueil et la qualité de ces services...

Mal accueillis à notre arrivée, a notre question "peut on encore reserver 2 petits dejeuner " il nous a ete repondu non sans plus d explication, la porte de la chambre ne fermait pas (chambre 208), rien que les vitres de la porte d entrée a l acceuil de l hÎtel etaient tellement sale que l on ne voyait pas l interieur, ventilateur de la chambre froide du restaurant à cÎté qui fait du bruit toute la nuit. La chambre etait payée sinon nous serions repartis de suite, jamais plus à cet endroit
