Needs maintenance

Beds were comfortable, shower pressure was good, easy to park, WIFI worked, it was quiet and there was a lovely restaurant opposite which was convenient for dinner. We were in room 7: Toilet didn’t flush, air conditioning didn’t work, the floor was marked and needed a proper clean (not just a mop), there were no curtains so it got light early as there were roller shutters that didn’t block the light, I had to ask for towels as we hadn’t been provided any, no door to the bathroom-a shower curtain had been nailed to the door frame, litter all the over the parking area and in the shrubs. The whole place needs some maintenance and love!

Room was freezing. The heater didn’t heat the room. Sink chipped. Reception door glass smashed and taped up. Very awkward to find as you had to drive over a raised kerb parallel to the main road which looked like pavement and round the back of the fish restaurant. Old mattress and lots of rubbish and shopping trollies in car park. Would not stay again.

Pas de chauffage dans la chambre mais avertis après le règlement , prêt d’un chauffage d’appoint bruyant à chaque déclenchement.température extérieure -1 . la Clim devait être réparée le lendemain (lundi) mais rien de mieux lors de notre retour . Pas de rideau de douche, chasse d’eau bizarre.

J ai passé une très mauvaise nuit. Obligé de dormir avec Ma doudoune , Le chauffage ne marchait pas. De plus j'ai oublié mon malencontreusement de ma chemisier, J'ai téléphonie le matin. Pour qu'on puisse le récupérer. Je remarque la personne que j'ai au téléphone Rien à dire, très professionnel. Par contre, on devait envoyer un message Pour me préciser, on avait retrouvé, mon chemisier. Je attend toujours, Je me suis rendu le soir après mon travail. Et la déception. Rien n'avait été fait. Pas de suivi.. Malencontreusement des choses dans leurs chambres Et les curieux ne lui récupère pas. Félicitations. Je ne reviendrai pas Il ne vous ferait pas de pub. Salutations

La chambre était sale ! Les plinthes remplies de crasses, le sol était rempli de taches (qui s’en allaient en grattant). Pas de serviettes de douche, même pas un essuie main ! Pas de rideau de douche (tu lave la salle de bain quand tu te douche), des insectes dans la douche ainsi que des taches (qui ne partent pas) sur les portes, murs et sol ! Heureusement , le lit était confortable ! Et le parking, une vraie déchèterie.

Séjour décevant malgré le prix attractif

Séjour mitigé. L’hôtel est très bruyant et les photos en ligne ne reflètent pas vraiment la réalité : chambres petites, douche dans le même espace que les toilettes avec le sol trempé dès notre arrivée. Les escaliers sont couverts de moquette mal fixée qui se soulève et peut être dangereuse. L’accueil ne parle pas français, ce qui complique les échanges. Le prix de la chambre reste bas, ce qui explique peut-être ces conditions, mais l’expérience globale reste décevante.
