Lovely place with helpful staff.

We had a lovely stay. All staff were helpful and friendly, a big thanks to Ricardo that was amazing since we arrived and gave us tips of places to visit in the area. Overall we had a lovely stay, thanks.

The resort is amazing! I loved the calmness. The outside pool had a perfect water temperature. The SPA pools were a bit too hot and the water is too deep, not ideal for small people. I loved the relaxing area next to the river. The massage was also amazing. The staff was lovely. I had dinner in the Root restaurant, my dish was good, especially the caldo verde. My mum, who canā€™t it spicy and is lactose intolerant had a dish which was visually close to a fast food plate and also the taste of the meat was horrible, very dry, we were expecting more creativity from the chef, also we waited 90 minutes for the dishes. Breakfast was delicious!

Spa-Bereich ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und das Angebot kƶnnte abwechslungsreicher sein. Die AuƟenanlagen sind gut gepflegt und bieten ausreichend RĆ¼ckzugsmƶglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Die Zimmer (ist natĆ¼rlich geschmacksache) sind sehr dunkel gehalten. Das Personal und insbesondere die KĆ¼che waren super.

Relevo para a amabilidade e competĆŖncia do pessoal. Boa comida tanto no restaurante como no bar. Algumas falhas nos quartos. NĆ£o tĆŖm cabides para pendurar gabardines ou sobretudos. Falta de cx com lenƧos papel. Luz da casa de banho muito incomodativa para quem estĆ” na cama(tem um vidro absolutamente desnecessĆ”rio). Luzes da mesinha de cabeceira inĆŗteis, nĆ£o permitem leitura e incomodam. Ɠptima cama.

Good stay , need to improve the interoir design

Very nice place, location amazing. Clean rooms, good food. One important commment, really the interior designer did bad job, what are those drops on the toilet room, its an office door.too much white light, also in Bar. The hotel really use expensive material but there is no mood. The rooms will be much nicer with better lighting. The bathroom really design is not nice , colors just doesnt fit and the light is of hospital. We couldn't find the way to the Bar. The entrance is not inviting and you see on floor on stairs some white paint. Really good hotel but someone really need to pay attention to the small details as its 5 stars.

Este hotel vale pelas Ć”guas sulfĆŗreas. Possui piscina interior e exterior coberta com Ć”gua a 26 graus. O passeio junto ao Rio Alva tambĆ©m deve ser tudo em conta. Os quartos sĆ£o espaƧosos. O restaurante Ć© cozinha de autor, logo torna-se caro. Cerca de 35ā‚¬ pp. Fora vinhos, no entanto a Ć”gua tambĆ©m Ć© cara. Local e hotel agradĆ”vel para passar atĆ© 2 noites.
