budget friendly hotel with basic amenities, clean , friendly staff, close to dollar general and gas statio . Easily the best value in Holly Springs. The hotel seems to be in the process of remodeling so I suspect the value and quality will only get better in time.

Front door no deadbolt. Chairs torn. Bathroom stains all over. Parking lot torn up and trash everywhere. Front office looked like a storeroom with a freezer in in it and a screen door bolt lock on the office front door. A/C held together with electrical tape. Form will not let me upload photos.

This place is nasty not fit to rent but would b good for the homeless the room was full of mold floors was nasty bathroom had mold around the window n shower the curtains were torn had to turn tv on by hand to find out there were only 3 channels to watch. I got my key to the room. He said wait I will get you a towel to take to your room? Check-in area 10 x 12 was cluttered with junk, dirty and had 3 can of Vienna sausages for sell. Junk may of been bartered for stay. 4 cars at a 44 room motel away from other businesses. 3 parked in front of my room, 2 of them being worked on by a group of young men, very dim lighting needed flashlight or headlights to find room. Drove off hoping they would finish and leave. After 15 minutes I thought no way I can rest in this dive found the attendant up by the road and gave him the key back. Listed as pet friendly on internet but dog charge is $50. 2 people was 68(34 each plus taxes and fees. Never made it in the room. No security on premise. SeveralPeople hanging out around the motel. The exit to motel was hidden trash road. Appropriate to me.

Room furnishings are nice and comfortable, clean with no bugs. The grounds are not being maintained: broken concrete everywhere, iron work needs extensive sand blasting and painting. No landscaping.

Older property which I don’t usually mind as long as it’s clean. It was. Needs a lot of TLC Guests were loud and hanging around outside very late at night. Several people right outside of my door. This morning a guest laid on the horn as they drove off the property. No one available to check in guests when I arrived. Staff was friendly and kind once they arrived.

I read reviews before I booked and felt things would be ok. How wrong I was. Got there, told me what I booked for a room wasn't available so would a full size bed ok. Sure no problem. Walked in my room and was shocked. Room was filthy. There was no ashtray for a smoking room and low and behold, went to the bathroom and no toilet paper. That was a treat. There was no smoke alarm and outlets were coming out of the wall, if I moved my phone to far it would stop working due to no power. WiFi didn't work unless you were in the so called lobby. Nothing in room as stated on site. Didn't feel safe at all. I requested to be let out of the rest of my booking and was refused by the manager. So I was out for 2 of my 3 night stay. Will be contacting the Holly Springs Fire Department and City Hall to let them know what I experienced.

Got to check in but no one was at the counter. Waited in the cold for 15-20 minutes for someone to show up. When he finally got there he didn't seem to know what was going on since I'd booked online. Finally get to the room and a guy comes up before I even get out of my car. First asks for a cigarette. Then asks for a dollar. Neither of which I had. The proceeds to ask me if "my man is somewhere around" and if I need help unloading my car. Of course I declined and felt very uncomfortable. He left and when I opened the door to this room I was not pleased. Tiles by the entry we're broken. It smelled, the bathroom light didn't work and it looked as though someone had used and clogged the toilet and left it there. I have my 3year old with me. Nothing felt safe about this and it felt so disgusting I'd rather go dumpster diving. We turned around and went back asking for a refund, which I'm still waiting on. Just really not happy with how this whole thing went down. I know it was a cheap place, but come on. Broken and unsafe is never okay no matter the price of a room.
