I enjoyed the lobby, but my experience in room 209 fell short of my expectations. The refrigerator was unclean, and the carpet had stains that looked like someone had scribbled on it. I requested towels from the desk clerk but never received them; later, I learned they were short on towels, which seemed unusual for a hotel. Thankfully, we received some the following day from a very accommodating housekeeper. On a positive note, the breakfast and parking were excellent. However, I addressed all my concerns with the front desk clerk, and they went unnoticed. I believe there’s significant room for improvement at this establishment.
