O ambiente estava devendo em relação à limpeza. Chão sujo, sofá-cama bem insalubre... No entanto, estar com a família em um ambiente divertido e ao mesmo tempo acolhedor, como é o hotel, faz valer a pena.

O sofá cama tem uma tábua bem na altura da cintura e é impossível um adulto dormir lá. Na cozinha, não tem bucha, nem detergente prá gente lavar um copo. Não cozinhamos, só queria lavar o copo mesmo. Achei uma economia bem tosca, mas de resto, tudo bem. A água das piscinas é trocada diariamente, a comida é boa, bem próximo ao parque, tem serviço de transporte gratuito até o termas também.

Quando fechei, fiquei assustada com tanto de reclamação que vi a respeito e sinceramente, nada do que li de ruim eu vi no hotel, eu adorei, as crianças amaram, a comida gostosa, as pizzas incríveis, tudo, quarto, limpeza, toalhas, estrutura do hotel, muito bom, não deixou a desejar em nada. Acomodação boa, possui tv, ar condicionado frio, microondas e frigobar. por ser epoca de férias o hotel estava super lotado, as piscinas bem cheias. Está muito longe de ser um resort. Localização bem próxima ao Thermas dos Laranjais e do centro, fomos em família ficamos 3 dias.
