Very pleased with this hotel.

I wasn't expecting such a spacious room with large bathroom and all amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. Free underground parking. Breakfast very good. 5 minutes from downtown Arona. Large tv with international channels Great price/quality.

It's old, run down hotel, in need of urgent repair. The walls are dirty, with spider webs. Bad sound isolation. Not worth the price.

Le personnel est très bien, comme le reste le seul bémol c'est qu'il faut pré-commandé le petit-déjeuner ,on ne sait pas d'avance si on va avoir plus ou moins faim et même si le personnel vous resservira volontier , on ose pas toujours redemandé et en plus le choix est limité

Udmærket hotel til en god pris

Udmærket hotel med parkering lige ude foran (når man, som vi, bor i stueplan). Rummeligt værelse og badeværelse, god seng, og aircondition. Morgenmaden skal bestilles kl. 21 aftenen inden, og så er der dækket op på dét tidspunkt, du har sagt du gerne vil spise. Ikke så godt, hvis man tager sin ferie lidt mere "loose". Men croissanterne er virkelig gode!

THIS IS NOT AN AIRPORT HOTEL MOTEL!! FALSE ADVERTISING!! IT IS 18 KM (35 MIN) DRIVE FROM THE AIRPORT! LUNA WANTS 150 EURO FOR ROUND TRIP TRANS FROM AIRPORT. EVEN CABS WANT 50 TO 80 EURO EACH WAY. AS I COULD NOT KNOW THIS WHEN I BOOKED I DID NOT GO AND GOT NOTHING FOR MY EXPENDITURE.

Bella stanza, zona tranquilla. Molto cortesi.

è il tipico albergo che va bene starci quando, durante un viaggio areo, devi fare uno scalo lungo e passare la notte. La zona è fuori da tutto (c'è solo una pizzeria vicino, tra l'altro piena). Ero per un evento sportivo ed in auto. Nella camera ci sono tutti i confort, la stanza è molto bella, il bagno con vasca e tutto ciò che serve. Persino i softdrink del frigobar sono a prezzi molto accessibili.

Handy base for exploring Lago Maggiore.

Very helpful friendly reception staff. The hotel is comfortable with a spacious room with a small seating area outside the patio door. Breakfast is nothing special but not bad. The secure underground parking is useful. The wifi worked well.
