This hotel is right across from St. Bonaventure University which was the reason we were in town. So very convenient to where we needed to be. Allegheny and Olean are somewhat small towns so from this hotel it doesn't take long to get to any one spot. This hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful. No problems at all. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I'm in Allegheny or Olean in the future.

The staff was excellent & extremely friendly. The room was very spacious, had a microwave and mini fridge. There could have been another garbage can or a bigger one in the room. The breakfast was very minimal but did the job. Everything in the common areas was very clean. I personally did not use any of the “amenities” so I can’t comment on that. I will definitely be using this Hotel again based on this visit.

We loved our stay! The staff was wonderful the rooms were beautiful and having the 24 hour front desk service we felt additional security. We would definitely come back here when we are in the area. The breakfast was also included and we had so many choices and it was delish. Our stay was absolutely fantastic and the price was affordable !!! Loved everything about our stay!!!
