Vacations Close To Olde Tyme Courtsquare Opry

The room was not clean. Found potato chips behind the bed, dried up sauce stain on the night stand. Bed and bedding was good for sleep but the othet guests on the floor were noisy. Fighting and talking loud, running in the hallways till 3am. I had a 12 hour drive back to New York and due to the lack of sleep I was very sleepy during the drive. Parking charge was not advertised or mentioned at booking time. I should have booked elsewhere. Not worth the saving through Hotel.com

No hot tub or pool as advertised. Walked 9 flights of stairs because the elevators didn’t work. Zero signs. The staff is terrible. I also valeted my car. After paying for expedited I waited 49 minutes before begging the attendant for my keys and went and got my car myself. No one cared this entire time including the mailer on the bonvoy app to the staff. I overpaid

Loved my stay! Everything was very clean. Just didn’t like the smell of mold.

The room was clean but the toilet paper was very very low the remote control in living room not working. The AC was Linkin bad.the Snack is too high

It is conveniently located across the street from a great diner. We didn’t use the amenities, but they looked nice. We did buy drinks & snacks in the hotel store. It had an adequate selection. There was a non slip mat to use in the bathtub which was nice to have. One person in our party had coffee from the continental breakfast and said it was good. If we find ourselves in Charlotte again, we would definitely stay here again. One of our party had stayed there before for a Hornets game and he recommended.

Great location and walkable to dining and bars.
