Campings en Old Buckenham

“Top hotel we have been to 5 start service on a daily basis. The spa was great and all the staff were helpful for all our needs. Would highly recommend and will be returning very soon”

“Nice rooms with fridge, tea/coffee and bottled water provided. Comfortable beds. Decent breakfast for the price. Solid mid-range option for the area.”

“It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated. As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room. Although better, the room did not...

“The bathroom was in a poor start of repair. The side bath panel was water damaged and obviously been treated and then left Showing further damage and falling apart. The bathroom mirror required changing with various black marks across it. The thermostatic controls were really stiff and couldn’t be fully used for both hot and cold. “Excellent hotel! Excellent staff. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...

“Accommodation within student campus, run well and always happy to stay here. Basic and dated but if you just looking for a no frills bed for the night then its perfect”

“Parking escaso Hotel ruidoso”

“Very good”

“Very charming staff, great breakfast as well as thoughtful service, sorted a breakfast for my hubby to go and even remembered the order next day. Room was lovely and toasty, just what you need after a frolick in the forest. Slept very well. Lots of walks nearby, even saw owls. EXCEPTIONAL food, rare for these days they cater for folks with proper appetites! Loved the friendly field cat! Thank you for a wonderful time we loved it. 🙏”

“Room was clean with a modern bathroom and comfortable. We didn't spend time in the hotel bar or restaurant but did have a drink outside where there were some tables for diners. Service was fine, but when we got up to leave the next morning the reception and bar area were all locked up (8:30am). In the end I had to call the hotel to find out how to check out and was told to just leave the key in the room and go. This wasn't really an issue for us, but it would have been better to be told of...
