Had to pay $250 penalty when checked in 15 minutes earlier. After seeing people around on the street: drugs etc and we changed our minds about staying. I will NEVER use Expedia again and tell all the people I know how you have ridiculous rules.

Room was filthy, bed sheets has stains on it large ones, on the property there are hookers and homeless people hanging around, not a place for families

Had to put a cash deposit and know where did it say we needed this when registering. I was lucky between the 2 of us we had enough cash because we didn't have a cash card to use at their cash machine. Things seemed dirty and dingy in the area. The room was clean but disappointing because linens looked old and bed was not terribly comfortable.
