Stayed for an entire week and didn't get room service not one time. Vagrants roamed the parking lot 24/7. Stairwell was full of trash and smell like urine so bad. The gentleman in the office was awesome and that's really the only good thing I can say about it.

The area was horrible with tons of homeless people around. Even at 5 AM in the morning. Wouldn’t even let my Assistant go outside by herself and she is 20. The beds also need new mattresses. They were in very bad shape.

Besides that the neighborhood doesn’t have the best reputation, you can tell staff cares about the hotel. Room was clean and common areas have been well maintained. Which is nice! Staff have all been pleasant during my encounters! 😊

Rooms were clean, and the people who checked us in were very nice. The beds are very firm, which is good for some, not good for others. The area is not the best area to stay in, but we've stayed here before, and I've never been bothered. Very decent price.
