Ehhh…

If you are just looking for somewhere to lay your head a couple of hours this place will do BUT if you are concerned with overall cleanliness then look elsewhere. The bathroom looks like it hasn’t had a good cleaning for quite some time and the bathtub felt like it was going to collapse under our feet. For the money it was to be expected and the staff was friendly.

I asked the clerk that checked us in if there was a room on the lower floor as I have 2 young kids and myself and he told me they were fully booked and he had no other rooms. So we finally found our room on the 2nd floor (there are no numbers on the building to assist you) and the ac was off so it was really hot...okay no big deal... then when into the bathroom and it was disgusting!!! The shower had not been cleaned and had the soap wrapper in the drain. The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion bottles were used and there was hair and spilled stuff everywhere. So the shower I was looking forward to did not happen. The toilet was filthy too! went to watch tv and the tv didn't work. I called the clerk and he said he had one room left on the 1st floor that I could have...Really!! You said you had no more rooms!! I had to pack up the things I was trying ro unpack and my kids go back downstairs and wait in line as 5 other people were trying to get new rooms as well because of cleanliness and broken ac units. I told the guy I ha e pictures of the room and he said yeah we have a 70 something year old house keeper and she forgets to clean things. Are you freaking kidding me!!! We are still on restrictions for Covid infact we can not eat in We got the 2nd room

The room was nice enough. The check in took a little while but I think the manager was just slow with the computer. He later came and got a signal on the tv so it would work.

Not Bad

Check in took longer than usual. They require a $100 incidental deposit and she couldn't get my ccard to go through. She asked if I had $100 cash for the deposit and I told her to try the ccard again. After 10 mins it finally went through. Room was clean and no noisy neighbors. Would stay here again.

Horrible customer service

It was horrible. They bookef us in a hotel that was full then they sent us to another hotel that was dirty and the guy told us we were at the wring hotel. Eventually we just left and have been waiting on the refund frim the original hotel that we still havent recieved even with the number they gave us

Everything AFTER checking in has been great

Went pretty well. It is gorgeous and rhe beds are incredibly soft. Had a slight struggle to get checked in because i meeded to just a little bit early. Upon calling the hotel I was told that they were pet friendly and there was a $15 pet deposit plus $50 security deposit. When i arrived i was told that since i have a dog there would be a $100 deposit. They never mentioned that on the phone even when the topic for calling qas referencing the fact that my dog would be traveling with. Also at check in, i aske DC if the aforementioned $15 pet deposit was per stay or per day. They told me per day. When i asked if they would discount the fee if i planned on staying longer, 2 weeks perhaps, very rudely the man said no. Followed by, "the pool is closed." I asked "why?" And the man all but yelled, "THE POOL IS CLOSED." So i just left it at that. Exhausted by the check-in I was delighted to find such a fluffy and comfy bed waiting for me in the room.
