Other than the tv not working, all was okay. Bed comfy and pretty much quiet. Checkout girl didn’t say a word to me and when I asked for a receipt she glared and started helping a coworker.

Great hotel I had a late checkout at noon and the manager came to my door at 12:04 had an attitude and told me I was supposed to be gone remind you I have 4 kids with me and was literally about to walk out the door double checking I had everything because of this I will never return there great pool and breakfast though easy check in I also had a do not disturb sign on my door and noticed that it was removed and housekeeping came and clean my room when I was there so now it makes me wonder if they will clean the room again or just assign the room to the next person

We felt unsafe and ignored

Disappointing! We had horrible neighbors, loud with cussing, violent throwing stuff around. I understand it is out of the hotels control but it wasn’t peaceful. Another reason for low reviews was we requested to have clean room service and they said it would be taken care of. Sadly we returned to our room untouched.

Pros: Location was safe, easy to find, and near what we wanted to do in Hot Springs, free parking, large room, pool area & fitness area, free breakfast was good (kids liked it). Cons: The room needed an overahaul and was worn out. Carpet was dirty/stained, beds were not comfortable, Bathroom was kind of clean. The green wallpaper was a poor/ugly choice but it was also stained with white toothpaste or who knows what all over. Room was worn. The worst were the jerks who thought it was ok to hang out and be loud and obnoxious outside our room. Obviously not the fault of the hotel, but added to the unpleasantness.

It was a nice hotel in a good location close to lots of restaurants. It was quiet and comfortable. They seemed a little short staffed at the front desk at times. A few things needed attention. It was a good hotel but not excellent.
