The level of hospitality was amazing there from check in to check out. When I checked in the name at the desk was very knowledgeable about the area very kind. Kinda upset I don't remember his name but I'd remember his face. Too the ladies the next morning at check out. They helped another visitor with a difficult situation that most places wouldn't have even cared about. This shows they are loyal to their patrons. The ladies keeping that breakfast going smooth great job as well. Housekeepers very over looked on almost every level the rooms were clean cool and all the towel origami gray beautiful touches. Thank you for all you guys do.

As always, the staff was friendly. We were first given a room where maintenance was working on an issue, so we had to return to the desk & assigned another room. When we used the shower, we noticed one of the dispensers in the bathtub was broken off the wall. Then, when I sat on the chair in the room, I happened to find a plastic clip on the floor, which made me question if the floor had been vacuumed. My husband took a shower. After he hung the towel on the hook, I noticed a long blonde hair on the towel. It did not belong to either of us. We do not have blonde hair.

Breakfast was very good and the lady keeping things well-stocked and cleaned in the breakfast area. Downside- I suggest the fire damage on the fourth floor which is very visible from the street be repaired as soon as possible.
