Great location very close to the airport. Very helpful staff. Guest rooms were clean. The restaurant and bar had great food. Will stay here again on my next stay. This is one of the cleaner hotels in the city.

The staff was amazing and very friendly!! They were accommodating to our situation.. The room/bathroom was really clean, and the bed was amazingly comfortable!! They had breakfast every morning we were there and it was decent. If needed we would definitely stay there again!!

The staff was fantastic, and this has become one of my favorite places to stay whenever I'm in the area. I find myself coming back again and again because of the welcoming atmosphere. The owner is absolutely amazing, very involved, personable, and genuinely interactive with guests. That level of hospitality creates a much more enjoyable and comfortable experience than you'll find at most places.

We got there at 3 a.m. due to bad weather, the guy at front desk was really mad we probably woke him up. I had my kids with me, therefore had to request more towels and an extra blanket, they refused those.

First and foremost, the name is not correct, it changed to something called Suurest, but no updates. Remolding was happening but there was a strong paint/glue smell. If your staying at the hotel & you prefer to eat breakfast in room, why do they do state you cannot take a to go....that usually means your leaving the hotel I can understand that, but with kids sometimes it's just easier to do in room. Otherwise, it was ok.

Super dingy and dirty. Rooms didn’t have tv, fridge nor microwaves. They said they will call us to see maybe which us that might a room with a tv at least and never called assuming they won't have any rooms with any appliances. Others complained. The photos online is accurate. The prices are cheap so if you don't care to have any appliances or tv then by all means

The pictures on Google and other websites are very misleading. Upon checking in I was informed of a deposit required for the room, which I have never heard of or had to pay before and I do a lot of traveling to many different states. I was told that my deposit of $100 would just be a hold on my card and would be released immediately upon checking out, which turned out is not the case. The rooms were anything but clean. The door's lock was not usable due to the handle and lockset being incorrectly installed. The carpet was sticky and stained throughout, the room had an odd smell like there was dirty socks left under the bed, the shower had mold that looked like it had been painted over multiple times. The bathroom door was a sliding barn door that was nearly impossible to shut doe to it dragging on the floor. With the bathroom door "closed" there was a large gap in which I could watch TV from the toilet, creating zero sense of privicy. In the bathroom where the exhaust fan should have been there was a Braum's paper bag taped to the ceiling covering the hole. There was no remote for the TV so I had to go request one from the front desk. There was an iron but no ironing board, I had to go find one from housekeeping. Overall, a very bad experience. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel.
