Staff was friendly. The pictures do not represent what the hotel looks like. Rooms were not clean. Dirty walls and bathrooms. No conditioner at all. Slow moving staff. Very gross feeling. Very uncomfortable with my young son.

Place was in bad condition overall. Clearly needed repairs. They hit me with a $25 fee for checking in shortly after midnight. I called earlier that day to let them know I'd be coming in about then, and all the lady said was it won't be a problem.

Horrible Smell in room

ROOM SMELLED HORRIBLE EVERYNGHT, someone before me SMOKED HEAVY against Hoel Policy. Had to spray disinfectant every time I entered room BAD!! I need an assessable room . I was there NINE NIGHTS !!

Homeless people everywhere outside.. very sketchy area. Sheets gave me a huge rash on my arms and shoulders. Front desk staff rude. Small tv. No pool or hot tub. 2 tiny pillows. Charges for everything. $100 deposit. If you set your trash outside the room or towels, they want to charge you like $25. If you have a pet and they poop and you don’t clean it up I think it was like $50. Signs everywhere about random charges. The whole place smelled like weed. Never again!!!

Stay far away for your own safety

I was literally scared for my life the few minutes I was there. I went and checked out and got a refund for the remainder days I was suppose to stay. Between the pimps walking in with prostitutes and the homeless people wandering around - there was no security in the building at all. Anyone could walk in and out as they pleased. Still not sure if it was blood on my curtains or not but I got out of there as fast as I could. This hotel needs to shut its doors as it was very unclean and very unsafe to stay at.

Clean but not worth the deposit price

I bought a suite and booking protection and when i arraived they said they had no suites and i was given a king single and when i asked of refund for the differnce in price and that i paid for booking protection she said no we cant. I got to room very clean no bugs but also no fridge no microwave no phone no lamps and alarm clock. Plus they required a 100 dollar deposit im disappointed in the service and how they had no care in my paying for suite and not getting one or refund and the lack of room amenities after sunset the one light at room entrance couldnt give enought light for whole room they dont offer enough for me to go back and give 100 deposit since they may accuse you of stealing room appliances

I wouldn't start here ever again

Yes, you get what you pay for but this was worse than expected. No TV, they blamed the remotes, brought in 5 that also didn't fix it. 1 out of 3 lights worked.2 visits of them fixing that and still only 2 worked when done. No coffee, fridge, microwave, iron, blow-dryer, tissues. Tagging in the bathroom. Shampoo bottle cap stuck in sink. Ripped bedding. It says no animals but not only did we hear dogs barking in the hotel but also the front desk lady was more concerned about her cat Sapphire not getting out of the office than helping me. There was a party till 5:00 a.m. with bumping music in the room above us. Police were there at 2:00 a.m. Beds were nice and showers were nice. And some of the other workers were polite. I have pictures but it won't let me post them here I guess.

Roaches in the room. Do not book this hotel.

Booked this room to stay with my husband and 2 kids. Immediately upon entering the hotel lobby i noticed that it felt hot and damp. I went ahead and checked in and paid the security deposit at the desk since i had already booked and prepaid online. We went upstairs to our room only to Immediately see a roach crawling around in the bath tub. (See attached photo) As i was discussing with my husband and we were deciding that we needed to find a cleaner room without roaches somewhere else. My kids tried to turn on the tv and it wouldnt turn on at all. We grabbed our luggage and went back down to the front desk to ask for a refund only to be told by the guy behind the desk (who didnt seem surprised by the fact that we found roaches in our room) that he cant refund our room only our security deposit. And that i had to reach out to hotels.com for a refund. Which i still havent gotten because according to them the hotel has to approve it, but isnt responding. Outside the hotel when we left there were several sketchy people loitering around our car. Made us feel very unsafe. Dont waste your time or money on this hotel. As i am out the price of this room plus the price of an additional room i had to book so we actually had a safe clean place to stay.

What I didn’t like - the photos listed on Expedia are NOT what this property looks like. It’s run down, dirty and COCKROACHES. During checkout, I guess the front lady person can be in two places as once because I was charged a $25 linen fee for “dye on the towel”. I have rainbow in my hair yes, but how do we know if I got dye on the towel, I’ve been out of my room for five minutes. Idk felt like a cash grab in my opinion. I will never book here again.
