Was a beautiful hotel. Staff were wonderful and the hotel was spotless. The bar and restaurant were on still on summer hours so unfortunately they were closed Saturday and Sunday. Would definitely stay here again.

Lots of in-room bar options, but we do not drink. Valet service was not available early on a Saturday. A chair, even a small one, would have been nice even though the room was somewhat small. That said, every appointment was extraordinarily elegant and aporeciated. Staff was magnificent, the hotel quiet.

Staff were all super nice. The check in was pretty bad. I had no idea how to get to the actual hotel once you're in the building (it's a multipurpose space), and there wasn't anyone there to help. There was also a set of condoms next to the bed when I checked in — pretty weird/uncomfortable thing to assume every guest wants. I was there on a work trip, which I image many guests are, given the attached coworking space.

10/10 experience at Citizen House! My husband and I just got back from our stay, and we had such a great time. We were there celebrating my graduation from RN school, and Citizen House made the whole experience feel so special. We got to eat in the members club area at the bar, and the bartender was excellent. He recommended amazing drinks and really added to the experience. We were also able to tour the property, take pictures, and meet a few people while we were there. The overall vibe was friendly, welcoming, and classy. The front desk staff was perfect from start to finish. My husband had called ahead to set up a surprise for me, and they were so helpful with letting someone in to decorate our room. The lady at the front desk was very sweet, and honestly every shift we came across was nice and professional. Our room was absolutely beautiful. Everything felt thoughtful, comfortable, and well put together. This was easily a 10 out of 10 stay for us. We would definitely stay again, and Citizen House will absolutely be our go-to staycation spot from now on.

The property signage is hard to see and sometimes the front doors are locked. The lobby to check-in is on the 4th floor which is a little confusing. The hotel itself is new and is very asthetically pleasing.

This was such a fun experience. The staff were incredibly nice, the room was beautiful. The whole concept of a single floor of hotel attached to a single floor of either Hotel guests or Members Only Lounge Bar and Restaurant is really cool, and the workspace below is beautiful. It's a really interesting concept and a really different experience, we've stayed at all the other nice hotels in Oklahoma City and this is one of our favorites. It's also next to one of our very favorite restaurants, JK. It's walking distance as in less than a quarter of a block, to some of the best food in the city and a really cool ambiance.
