Good value for the price. Pool was shaded. Bed was positioned so air was blowing on your face all night. Which is not comfortable.

I recently stayed at Fontainebleau Las Vegas and had a mixed experience. The hotel is beautiful, smells amazing, and my room was modern with an incredible view of the Sphere and the mountains. The bathroom was spacious, housekeeping was friendly, issues were addressed quickly, and I appreciated the complimentary one-hour late checkout. Unfortunately, there were several disappointing issues. The minibar automatically charges you for moving items, but we were never informed of this policy. A staff member said we should have read the rules, yet none were provided at check-in. A coffee maker cost $150 for our three-day stay, and we were charged for utensils with our food delivery. When we called about it, we were placed on hold and no one returned. Our room phone repeatedly disconnected, forcing us to go downstairs ourselves to report the issue and retrieve our luggage. The ice bucket contained a wet, used ice bag, raising concerns about room cleanliness. We also had to request a refrigerator and microwave because no one informed us they weren’t standard. Communication throughout the stay was poor, and the hotel couldn’t even provide garbage bags. To top it off, we saw flying roaches/waterbugs outside the entrance and one crawling in the main lobby. For a luxury hotel, I expected much better attention to detail and guest communication.
